Regular order 
-Stock in USA warehouse

Free shipping
Ship from our USA warehouse by UPS/Fedex/USPS arrival to your door. 
Ship out within 24 hours from payment and takes 1-7 days to deliver. 

-Stock in China warehouse
Shipping can choose by express, sea or truck etc. 
Ship from China warehouse within 7days after payment. 
Delivery time depends on shipping way, by express 3-5days, by sea 35-40days.

Sample order
-Common Samples: the common products we have in stock.
Sample is free, you just need to pay the shipping fee.
Common samples take around 15 working days.

-Custom Samples: samples with your custom colors or logos
You’ll need to pay sample fee as well as shipping cost.
Custom samples take around 20 working days.

Custom order

For custom items, delivery time about 35 to 40 days from China by sea. But sometimes, due to force majeure factors, you may experience delivery delays but we are committed to getting your products to you as soon as possible.
 

Tracking

Once your order leaves from our warehouse, tracking number and shipping carrier info will be sent to your email inbox, and you can track your order directly.
