Q: Where are you shipping to?
We main ship from US warehouse to US address.
If other countries, will be shipped from China Warehouse, countries include- Canada, Mexico, UK, Australia etc.

Q： How Long will it take for delivery to door?
From USA warehouse normal 1-7days , from China warehouse normal about 35-40days by sea.
Q: Where are you shipping from?
Orders that show US-RTS will ship from USA warehouse, Orders that show China-RTS will ship from China.
Q: Where I can find my tracking number and track my goods?
Once ship out, we will put tracking number on website for shipping already, that time can check the detaill, or contact us with message for tracking number if not put on it on time.

About Products
Q: What if the product is damaged or broken ?
First of all, if there’s a serious damage for the parcel package, just refuse to sign for that, we will fully refund you or replace one for you as soon as possible; But if the package is fine but the item is broken & can’t use, please take photos as evidence. we will take best care based on such issue.
Q: Do you accept customization?
OEM&ODM available. We offer custom services including custom logos and custom colors.
Q: Do you offer free samples?
If it is the common products we have in stock, then we can provide for free, you just need to pay the express freight. If make the customized samples, you should pay the extra sample fee.
Q: What’s your MOQ?
Normally, our MOQ is 1case, but it can change according to customers’ requirements.
